1. About YOUVARII

YOUVARII is developing a private lifestyle management and concierge service focused on travel, hospitality, dining, transportation, experiences and related lifestyle requests for discerning private clients. Services and availability may evolve during the launch period.

Where applicable, clients will also be subject to those supplier terms. YOUVARII will endeavour to communicate relevant supplier conditions as part of the arrangement process.

6. Bookings and Confirmation

An arrangement should not be considered confirmed merely because a request has been submitted. A booking becomes confirmed only when the applicable confirmation process has been completed and the client has received confirmation through the appropriate channel. 7. Pricing

Prices may vary depending on supplier pricing, availability, currency, taxes, service requirements, timing, destination and other applicable charges. Quotes may be subject to change until confirmed. YOUVARII will communicate applicable pricing as part of the arrangement process.

8. Payments

Payment procedures will be communicated before a paid arrangement is confirmed. Clients must ensure that payment details and any required information are accurate and complete. YOUVARII will not process payments through the website unless payment processing has been formally enabled and communicated.

9. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation, change and refund rights may depend on the relevant supplier, booking conditions, timing, service, destination and applicable law. Certain bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees imposed by third-party suppliers. The applicable conditions will be communicated when an arrangement is confirmed.

Clients are responsible for:

• Meeting immigration and entry requirements
• Ensuring appropriate travel and personal insurance
• Following supplier requirements and instructions
• Complying with applicable laws
• Arriving at required times

11. Travel Documentation

Where travel is involved, clients remain solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, entry permits, health documentation and any other required travel documents. Requirements vary by destination and may change. Clients should verify requirements with the relevant authorities before travel.

12. Special Requests

YOUVARII may attempt to facilitate special requests on behalf of clients. However, YOUVARII cannot guarantee that third-party suppliers will fulfil special requests, and fulfilment is subject to supplier availability and policies.

13. Last-Minute Requests

YOUVARII may attempt to assist with urgent or last-minute arrangements. Fulfilment of such requests depends on availability, supplier capacity and other relevant circumstances. YOUVARII cannot guarantee fulfilment of last-minute requests.
